AmberNhi Beauty: Terms and Services for Booking Confirmation

Booking Confirmation

Online Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly via text or email. VIP Appointments are for loyal clients ONLY and must contact directly via text message. A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is successfully made.


Deposit Requirement: To confirm your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your final bill.


Confirmation Reminder: A reminder email or text message will be sent 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please ensure your contact information is up to date.


Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit and 50% of your remaining balance. To cancel your appointment, please contact us via phone or email.


Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the original appointment time without losing your deposit. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation.


Late Arrivals

Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment, which may result in the loss of your deposit.

Notification: Please inform us if you anticipate being late. We will do our best to accommodate you within our schedule.


No-Show Policy

No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us, you will forfeit your deposit and may be required to pay a fee of 75%  of the service cost before booking any future appointments.


Service Guarantee

Satisfaction: We strive to provide the highest quality of service. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us before you leave the salon so we can address your concerns.


Corrections: Corrections will be made free of charge if a mistake was made on our part. Any changes requested after 24 hours will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.


Health and Safety

Health Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to receiving any service. This is to ensure your safety and the best possible outcome for your treatment.


Hygiene: For the safety of our clients and staff, we maintain strict hygiene standards. All tools and equipment are sanitized between clients, and disposable items are used where applicable.


Payment and Pricing

Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Full payment is due upon completion of the service.
